Please select the workshop location you wish to attend and complete the form below to submit your registration. We offer discounts if you are registering at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the scheduled workshop.

Individual fees include a $150 deposit which may or may not be refundable, depending on the time of your cancellation request. You will be asked to review and accept our Cancellation policy prior to submitting your registration.

Our registration form supports the registration of up to nine (9) individuals at a time. If you have more than that many attending from your organization, please complete the form again. Our web site will show the full price for the 10th attendee (listed as PRIMARY on the 2nd form submission), but we will not charge your credit card for that rate -- you will get the multiple attendee discount.
